At JNR Precision Engineering we are even luckier to have some of the most high-tech, powerful machinery on the market today.
Our CNC machining capabilities include 3, 4 and 5-axis milling, allowing us to machine components from multiple angles with excellent accuracy and repeatability. This reduces the need for multiple setups and allows us to manufacture increasingly complex components efficiently.
Our CNC turning and multi-tasking capabilities provide additional flexibility, allowing us to produce precision turned components as well as more complex parts requiring multiple machining operations.
Mazak Intergrex I 400
A CNC Multi-Axis Turn Mill that is a staple in our set up. This multi-axis multi-tasking machine delivers maximum versatility and throughput, with peak performance machining and higher workpiece capacity than any other multi-tasking machines in its size range
Mazak Intergrex J 200

Mazak Quick Turn 250 MB
The Quick Turn delivers tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes, especially on small diameter shafts. Flexible bed lengths suit both compact and larger workpieces without stepping up to a bigger machine.
The CNC tailstock and SmoothG control reduce operator work and often shorten programming time.
